What We Do

Collectively, WCSP members represent over 300 years of experience in delivering services to persons with developmental disabilities. Our members have grown sophisticated in use of the latest technologies to assist persons with disabilities, in assuring health and safety programs are in place, and that our direct support professionals regularly receive extensive specialized training. WCSP members have been and consistently are recognized nationally as being leaders in their profession. All providers have worked diligently to attain the highest 3-year accreditation level from CARF...The Accreditation Commission. Big Horn Enterprises exists for the enhancement of the quality of life and economic benefit of the citizens of the Big Horn Basin. We do so by providing opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to reach their maximum potential through greater independence in the least restrictive environment. BHE serves around 70 participants and employs over 100 staff.  We serve a variety of needs, abilities and age ranges.  We provide Adult Day, Community Living, Community Support, Companion, Personal Care, Respite, Skilled Nursing and Supported Employment.  All of our staff are fully trained in CPR/First Aid and Mandt.  We have offices located in Thermopolis, Worland, and Powell, Wyoming, and generally serve the entire Big Horn Basin, which includes Park, Big Horn, Hot Springs, and Washakie counties. Community Entry Services is dedicated to empower people with disabilities to maximize independence and to lead satisfying, productive lives in the community. CES is a private non-profit corporation and has provided over three decades of quality service to persons with disabilities. Services are available in Riverton, Lander and Jackson, Wyoming. Since 1975, dedicated staff members have provided training to adults so they can live and work in their communities. We now offer a variety of services to develop and enrich skills through two divisions Dignity, which helps adults and children with developmental disabilities gain the most independence possible in their own community, and Rocky Mountain ReEntry Services, to meet the individual needs of persons who have had a brain injury. I-REACH was founded in 1999 to provide employment opportunities and day support services.  In 2002, residential services were added and the nonprofit I-REACH 2 was founded.  By 2008 the original I-REACH was sold to I-REACH 2 Inc. to serve as one agent for Employment, Day Supports and Residential Services.  As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we are proud to have maintained our commitment to support individuals to increase their independence, access their community, have employment opportunities and lead the life of their choosing.  We are currently supporting approximately 60 people in a variety of service delivery options tailored to the needs, preferences and desires of the individual.  Our staff of 50 professional, caring, person-centered staff work tirelessly to ensure these outcomes happen on a daily basis.

Lincoln Self Reliance, Inc., was established in July 2000 to meet the particular needs in the community, and a desire to develop more opportunities and improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities residing in Lincoln County. In April 2014, expanded our service area and opened a program in Evanston, WY.  LSR provides quality services and gives dignity and respect to persons with disabilities so they may achieve maximum participation in their communities.  LSR provides  the following services for children and adults, and individuals with acquired brain injuries, on the Wyoming Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver: Community Living; Community Supports; Day Programming; Personal Care; Respite; Residential Habilitation Training; Supported Employment; Companion Services and Adaptive Equipment Purchases.  LSR has offices located in Afton, Thayne, Evanston and Diamondville/Kemmerer Wyoming. Mountain Regional Services, Inc. (MRSI) provides comprehensive services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury.  Founded in 1985, MRSI remains true to its mission of assisting each person served in achieving the highest quality of life.  All services are accredited by CARF and designed around the needs and choices of the persons served while providing purpose, respect and dignity.  MRSI's day programs are person-centered and founded on the principals of choice and personal growth.  Residential programs enable individuals to live in attractive homes and apartments integrated throughout the community.  Highly trained staff members provide supervision and support to ensure safety and foster self-sufficiency.  For those interested in employment opportunities, MRSI offers supported employment services including job development and coaching and access to an extensive network of community-based employers.  Specialized support services such as psychology and tele-psychiatry are also available.  For more information about MRSI, please visit our website at

NOWCAP Services is a mission based organization with our mission statement being “Create Opportunities For All People With Disabilities!”  Northwest Community Action Programs (NOWCAP) of Wyoming, Inc. was incorporated in 1965 as one of the first community action agencies in the country to combat poverty as part of the country's "Great Society" initiative launched during that time.  Over the years, NOWCAP of Wyoming, Inc. has grown and diversified into one of the more complex and multi-faceted human services in Wyoming.  NOWCAP of Wyoming, Inc. was selected in 1985 to become a provider of services for people with disabilities in Natrona County, Wyoming and thus NOWCAP Services was born.  As the organization began to grow, new and different supportive services of the program were started.  Examples of these include community based services, commercial ventures, Community employment, residential support options and building natural supports in and around the community as a whole for people with disabilities.  Today, NOWCAP Services employs over 120 people and provides supportive services with offices in Casper and Rock Springs.  NOWCAP Services provides supportive housing options, active and meaningful day services and intensive supportive living services.  We also engage in private commercial ventures to create work opportunities for the people we support regardless of their disability.
